What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Completion of a Residency Program in a recognized veterinary specialty (e.g., DACVIM, DACVS, DACVECC, etc.).
• Active State Veterinary License in good standing (or currently eligible/in the process of obtaining).
• Active DEA Registration in good standing (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated track record of clinical leadership and medical operations oversight in a specialty, emergency, or referral hospital setting.
• A steadfast commitment to veterinary excellence and upholding the AVMA Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics.
