What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
• Active State Veterinary License in good standing (or currently eligible/in the process of obtaining).
• Active DEA Registration in good standing (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Proven Leadership & Ownership Drive: Demonstrated track record of clinical leadership and a strong desire for hospital equity, profit-sharing, or practice ownership.
