By creating an account, posting a role, applying to a role, or otherwise using TheVetJobs, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

TheVetJobs is a job board for veterinary roles in the United States. It connects employers with veterinary professionals but is not an employer, employment agency of record, or party to an employment relationship created through the platform.

We do not guarantee that a role will be filled, an application will receive a response, or a listing or applicant will be suitable.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us if you believe the account has been accessed without permission.

You must not post false or discriminatory content, scrape or resell platform information, upload harmful software, bypass access controls, send unsolicited marketing, or impersonate another person or organization.

Employer accounts are for veterinary practices, hospitals, parent groups, and authorized representatives hiring for roles in the United States.

Employer jobs are attached to client records. Employers are responsible for accurate role, location, compensation, and company information and must mark filled roles inactive.

• Post only genuine roles you are authorized to fill.
• Do not use listings to advertise unrelated products or services.
• TheVetJobs may edit, decline, or remove listings that do not meet platform standards.

Resumes and application answers may be used only for evaluating the candidate for the relevant job. Employers must not sell candidate data, add applicants to marketing lists without consent, or retain information longer than necessary.

Employer plans are monthly subscriptions. The plan determines how many employer jobs can be active.

• Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
• Cancellation stops renewal while access continues through the paid period.
• After expiry, employer jobs become inactive and leave the public board but are not deleted.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You keep ownership of content you upload and grant TheVetJobs permission to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. The platform design, code, and branding remain the property of TheVetJobs.

You may close your account. TheVetJobs may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, pose a risk to users, or are used fraudulently. Record retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or independently verify every statement made by employers and candidates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheVetJobs is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, or outcomes of employment relationships formed through the service.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws where TheVetJobs is established. We may update the terms as the platform changes, with material updates communicated through email or an in-product notice.
